How are you planning on leveraging National Leave a Review Day with your customers?!

We are planning on sending out property-wide surveys requesting feedback to learn what we can improve and work on in each property. Still working on it, but after reading the thread I’m curious to see if we can also include some rewards or incentives for completing the survey.

One effective way to engage our employees and residents on social media is by launching a lively campaign featuring real insights from the people who make our employment sites great. We can encourage our staff to share their experiences and invite our residents to join in by providing feedback on their own platforms. This will create a dynamic conversation that showcases our company culture and the positive impact it has on the community. This would allow us to make our social media presence more engaging and interactive! This can also create a buzz and boost the number of reviews on our online platforms, portraying us as an excellent workplace for potential employees and a reliable property-management company for prospects looking to rent.

We plan to have a contest between our locations to ask our customers to leave reviews (who can get the most reviews, etc.).

We’re ramping up our social media posts asking for reviews leading up to the day, planning on sending an eblast to current tenants on the day asking them to help us celebrate by leaving a review, and holding an internal contest in the month of May. The managers with the most reviews versus move-ins will be announced on National Leave a Review Day and we plan to create a Reel celebrating these winners.

When managing the reputation of a car dealership, reviews are everything. Reviews are the first thing a customer will look at when deciding what dealership to either buy or service a vehicle at. On National Leave a Review Day, I will be promoting our review plateforms on our socials.

We are going to compile a list of our 10 rating surveys and shoot out an email with some sort of incentive to leave a google/facebook review

We sent out an internal communication encouraging our employees to submit reviews about our company. We also are having the communities post flyers requesting reviews. We started an incentive for the community that receives the most reviews, will have a catered lunch!

We promoted national review day to all our franchisees through internal newsletters and emails. We provided email, text, and social media templates for them to use in their local markets to request reviews from employees and businesses.
